I am celebrating today because I have been 7 DAYS WITHOUT SUICIDAL THOUGHTS OR ATTEMPTS!

I still have the gash on my arm from a week ago, but I am looking FORWARD!

I didn't post last night because I was just too tired.

Didn't get up to mucn today. Got up at midday and had something to eat but then went back to bed with a horrible headache. Mum was out with the key to the drug cabinet so the only way I could manage it was to sleep.

Mum woke me up at 4:30 when she got home and gave me some Neurofen Plus. Ah bliss! I got up and about an hour after the Neurofen started working on my cross stitch. I now have the bodies of two teddies and am about to start on the heads!

I was really naughty tonight too. I went to the shop and bought a big block of chocolate and a bottle of coke.. and ate the lot. I know bingeing isn't a good thing... but I REALLY wanted some chocolate. I will be good tomorrow. I promise!

Didn't walk today or meet my water challenge. And chocolate is a carb isn't it? So physically and nutritionally was off the charts today but I DID drink my 800ml of water yesterday. Am planning on drinking 150ml of water tomorrow. And walk.

I went out tonight to Rachel's. We recorded the latest practise CD for the Sing for the King kids. It was fun! Although I really don't like listening to my voice recorded! I'm too picky!

Rachel gave me a great idea too about recording stories for my kids on CD so that they can hear my voice at night when they go to sleep. She's full of creative ideas. And I love the friendship that we are developing.

So that's about it for me today....
