Lazy day here today.
Woke up at 9:30 and Hannah was picked up for church shortly thereafter. Went back to bed for a snooze until Leah arrived.
We had hot chips for lunch and then watched Narnia... well, I sat with Leah and cross-stitched while SHE watched Narnia. Gotta love those "I'm scared of this part" cuddles!
We did a letterbox drop with my Nutrimetics catalogues and came back for Leah to play on my computer. I think Bunnytown featured on the laptop quite a bit this afternoon! I cross-stitched, and then coloured-in with Leah. Then fed and bathed her. She was allowed to stay up for a movie before bed. Silly me agreed to The Neverending Story. I'd forgotten how long it was!
So I sat with her and watched that. Like I said, its been a really lazy day.
I just wish I wasn't so short with her sometimes. Leah has a tendency to babble on about nothing in particular (which I did when I was her age too). It is hard to switch off and get a "mental break" when she is constantly babbling. I am trying to find ways of refocusing her energy without snapping but it can be damned hard at times.
But I certainly did enjoy her cuddles today. I will miss those.
And MAN it is hot here tonight... Summer is DEFINITELY coming!

Good luck with your weight watchers Fiona, I am sure online will be great for you as the support is always there. I am going slowly but thats is because i cheat (a lot) I hope to be 70 - 72Kg by christmas. So no more cheating for me. I am praying for you about the kids situation. I can't imagine how hard it is for you all, even though i know it will be best for them in the long run.
